Short Term

In the one year that I am committing myself as a volunteer in a government run school for the under privileged:

• I would like to develop a classroom culture of learning using the 21st century skills of critical and creative thinking in an environment which is currently governed by rote learning.

• Help the current staff in the school to make their classes student centered rather than teacher centered.
   

Long Term

• Complete a masters in Curriculum Planning and Development

• Obtain a Doctorate in Education (EdD)
